- Room was newly remodeled.the property is dirty. Trash all over the surrounding sidewalks. Lots of shops closed.I did enjoy the week there.Vegas is just different from 30 years ago. The streets are full of bums lots of drugs and mental illness. All an all I think Ballys is.
